When you're staying at the Preserve, you'll enjoy the good life! 

The Preserve overlooks the Turtle Cove Lake and Yacht Club. All residents of the Preserve will have access to the Yacht Club and its full service marina. 

For a minimal fee, Preserve property owners will have access to boat storage with 24 hour security, the restaurant, spa, boat and Sea-doo rentals, as well as guided lake fishing and volcano tours.

The Preserve's Clubhouse has recently been completed. Over the coming months, we will be adding a grilling area with a lounging deck. Inside we will provide a billiard table, and the kids will enjoy the play area.

The Preserve at Lake Arenal will provide 24 hour security for your peace of mind. We have completed construction of the entry gates as well as the on-site quarters for the security guards.
