The Preserve at Lake Arenal is a luxurious master planned gated community over looking beautiful Lake Arenal in north west Costa Rica, only minutes away from the breathtaking Arenal Volcano. Four rivers run through eighty-five acres of lush rain forest. Most all lots have stunning views to the lake and jungle and a select few have views of Arenal Volcano. Our community will offer a swimming pool and clubhouse, complete with a playground for the kids. The Preserve is a deed-restricted community, powered with green, clean, wind-generated electricity, consisting of both condos and single-family homes.
